Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years coordinating or managing work in an office environment, preferably in social services.

Responsibilities

• Lead worker supervising and participating in social service assistance to eligible clients (food, lodging, clothing, furniture, financial assistance).
• Interview clients to determine need and eligibility for services.
• Prepare accurate client records and refer clients to community agencies.
• Maintain working relationships with community agencies and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate food bank orders, inventory, and monthly reporting.
