Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Slot Technician Supervisor to oversee the direct supervision of Slot Technicians and the repair/maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines. The role requires leadership, strong technical knowledge, and guest-focused service in a bustling casino environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 5+ years in electronics/maintenance; supervisory experience preferred and computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Electronic degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise Slot Tech Staff and oversee maintenance of slot machines.
Interact with guests and team members to ensure excellent service.
Maintain maintenance and repair logs, purchase orders, and parts inventory.
Assist Slot Tech Manager with scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
