Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of slot operations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of slot operations terminology, player rating, and slot analytics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain required gaming licenses and pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Slot Attendants and Slot Leads.
• Assign work areas and ensure proper floor coverage.
• Oversee day-to-day slot floor operations.
• Approve jackpots and hand pays within authorized limits.
• Help ensure jackpot and fill processes are accurate.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns and service issues.
• Monitor slot activity and help protect assets.
• Investigate incidents, machine irregularities, and policy violations.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help the team succeed.
• Communicate staffing needs and guest trends to Slot Management.
• Partner with Security, Cage, Marketing, Surveillance and others to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain knowledge of slot machines, payout structures, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and guest-ready casino floor.
• Ensure operations follow Tribal, State, Federal, and company gaming regulations.
