Job summary

INERGROUP is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to identify and engage electricians, welders, pipefitters, plumbers, HVAC technicians, mechanics, carpenters, and other trades. You will build pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with clients to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in staffing skilled trades or construction.
• Strong understanding of the skilled trades labor market.
• Proven ability to source and engage active and passive candidates.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen, and qualify skilled trades professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and overall fit.
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.
• Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, background checks, drug screens, references, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interviews, placements, and key metrics within the ATS.
• Manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.
• Build long-term relationships with skilled trades professionals and develop a reliable talent network.
