Tradesmen International is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally, Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our skilled craftworker pipeline in an in-office Denver setting. You will source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople with construction clients, working closely with Account Executives to fill orders quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required; staffing/HR background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; iCIMS or another ATS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build a pipeline of craftworkers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, virtually and in person.
• Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with safety and skill records to project needs.
• Maintain candidate records and lead lists, tracking skills and availability.
• Drive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement and relationship-building.
• Partner with Account Executives to align availability with client demand and orders.
• Monitor timelines and assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and end dates.
• Ensure safety qualifications and training records are up to date.
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed.
