Qualifications

• 2 years' skilled trades staffing experience; electrical industry experience preferred.
• PRC certification is a plus.
• 1 year experience using Applicant Tracking and Pipeline Recruiting software.
• Knowledge of MS Office, internet navigation, social media for recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform recruiting processes in compliance with company hiring policies.
• Develop and implement open requisitions and pipeline recruiting activities.
• Post jobs externally via internet and social media.
• Communicate internal postings and referral programs.
• Maintain timely ATS updates and record dispositions.
