You will source, screen, and place craftworkers with construction clients, pairing candidate skills with project needs and ensuring safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience in staffing or HR.
• Experience with ATS (iCIMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage high-volume workload.
• Comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified craftworkers
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, both virtually and in person
• Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with proven safety and skill records to project needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skillsets, interests, and availability
• Drive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement, relationship-building, and utilization strategies
• Partner closely with Account Executives to align craftworker availability with client demand and support order fulfillment
• Monitor project timelines and craftworker assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and project end-dates
• Ensure all candidates meet safety qualifications and maintain accurate safety and training records
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed
