Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners seeks a seasonal supervisor for the Ski & Ride School in Flagstaff, AZ. This leader will oversee daily activities of instructors, ensure a fun and safe environment, and drive high-quality teaching aligned with program goals.

You will coordinate with Ski School leadership to hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff, while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety standards across all programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years as a full-time ski/snowboard instructor.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisor role is preferred.
• PSIA/AASI Member in Good standing (Level 2 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and connect staff with training and leadership opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of operation and guest service aligned with company values and goals.
• Work across all Ski & Ride School programs, including adult, kids, and Snowburners.
• Communicate effectively to match day-to-day operations with outcomes.
• Lead safety, guest relations, and teaching guidelines during clinics and public lessons.
