Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners is seeking a full-time SRS Supervisor at Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ. The role leads the ski/snowboard school leadership team, drives recruitment, and directs development programs while overseeing budgets and guest safety standards.

You will coordinate across departments to deliver high-quality instruction, monitor safety protocols, and lead staff training initiatives. Experience in outdoor recreation and PSIA/AASI status is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years as a full-time ski/snowboard instructor or supervisor (Preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in the outdoor industry.
• Experience managing a minimum of 100 people (Preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; PSIA/AASI member status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRS team in recruiting, hiring efforts, and professional development of all employees.
• Provide feedback and connect employees with appropriate training, growth, and leadership opportunities.
• Oversee financial management of operations, including budget, payroll, and revenue.
• Track labor to revenue and monitor the SRS financial standing within the company.
• Ensure safety and quality targets across departments, including guest service.
• Model safety guidelines and oversee staff training plans and execution.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and incident procedures; lead clinics when needed.
