Job summary

Neil Kelly Company Inc in Seattle, WA is seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our Design / Build Remodeling Division. Lead all phases of residential carpentry from site prep to final finishes with high craftsmanship and attention to detail.

You will supervise and mentor crew, coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope, maintain safe, organized jobsites, and carry out rigorous quality standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced residential carpentry across all phases, from framing to finish work.
• Experience managing job sites, mentoring crew, and delivering on time and budget.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of residential carpentry projects from site prep to final finishes.
• Supervise and mentor carpentry team members ensuring alignment with plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and vendors to stay on schedule and within scope.
• Manage material deliveries, inspect quality, and maintain organized, safe job sites.
• Uphold safety protocols and deliver an exceptional project experience.
