Responsibilities

• Lead residential carpentry from site prep to finishing with high craftsmanship
• Mentor and supervise carpentry team to match plans and quality
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and vendors to stay on schedule
• Manage material deliveries and inspect quality on-site
• Uphold safety protocols and protect client property
