Job summary

GPSI Guam, supporting Kina’ole’s Hawaii office, seeks a Site Superintendent in Honolulu to oversee daily construction operations across the Hawaiian Islands. The role requires strong design-build experience and leadership of field crews and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Applicants should have OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications, with a minimum of 10 years in design-build construction for projects valued 10–100M.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of design-build construction experience on projects valued 10–100M.
• At least 5 years as a Site Superintendent on construction contracts.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• First Aid/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site work schedule and manpower; track materials and equipment.
• Manage field crews and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate daily with Project Manager.
• Maintain and update project schedule.
• Complete daily reports.
• Monitor workmanship and submittal compliance.
• Read/understand plans and update as‑builts.
• Track and close punch list.
