Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a construction management or supervisory role.
• Budgeting, quality control, planning, materials management, and building codes experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle and construction activities.
• Ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources with project managers.
• Conduct regular site inspections for code compliance and safety.
• Implement quality control and address delays or issues promptly.
• Supervise the construction team including subcontractors and laborers.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other specialists.
• Manage materials receipt, storage, and maintenance.
• Address weather or other delays and maintain client relations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
