Job summary

Black Construction Corporation, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Superintendent for our Guam office. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on projects valued at $20M+.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of civil/commercial construction experience, plus proficiency in WIP, cost reporting and schedules. Strong leadership and communication are essential for client relations and project success.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience as a superintendent on civil or commercial projects of $20M or more.
• Experience with WIP, material and labor costs, and change orders; reporting.
• Experience with HCSS, Procore and Primavera P6, and MS Excel or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage field operations for assigned projects with a commitment to quality and safe construction.
• Oversee subcontractors and field personnel; manage daily work activities and timesheets.
• Generate and review project reports, manage permits, inspections and safety meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and engineers to monitor schedule and cost performance.
