Job summary

Barnowl Advisory Group is seeking an on-site Project Superintendent to direct workflow, enforce safety and quality standards, and lead site teams. You will serve as the main on-site leader and liaison between project staff, subcontractors, and clients to promote project success.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years in commercial construction, and a degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred; alternative experience considered
• 5+ years in commercial construction with a general contractor
• Project lead experience preferred
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand and administer safety program for all subcontractors, ensuring incidents are reported and investigated
• Maintain daily log of activities and site conditions, manage punch list and closeout
• Maintain good working relationships with all subcontractors and community relations
• Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
• Work with the project manager on scheduling and sequencing, ensuring proper methods
• Ensure accurate daily documentation and early issue resolution
• Collaborate with the project manager throughout the project lifecycle
