Job summary

Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a Superintendent to direct on-site workflow, lead the site team, and coordinate with subcontractors while upholding safety, quality, and schedule standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, and a degree in construction, engineering, or business is preferred. ProCore, BlueBeam, and MS Office proficiency is expected. Travel may be required for local and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with tenant renovations and fast-paced projects is a plus.
• Proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, Adobe, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and enforce safety program compliance.
• Maintain quality standards on the project.
• Lead on-site team and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedule with project manager.
• Maintain daily on-site logs and manage punch list.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure accurate daily documentation and identify issues early.
• Collaborate with project manager and site operations throughout the project.
