Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Experienced Site Safety Professional to shape safety at our installations. You will work with Corporate Safety to define safety direction and lead on-site safety during BMS installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities include developing safety policies, training personnel and subcontractors, conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and coordinating with project leadership to uphold our safety standards and the Thermo Way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, OHS, environmental science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a safety management role, preferably in electrical installations, construction, or commissioning.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards; relevant certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety efforts and align with corporate safety leadership across projects.
• Develop, implement and enforce site safety plans and procedures for all project phases.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations of accidents or incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols and training.
