Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC in the United States is seeking an Experienced Site Safety Professional to help shape the future of safety in partnership with Corporate Safety. You will lead on-site safety efforts during BMS installation and commissioning, ensuring OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in safety or related field, 5+ years in safety management, CSP or CHST certifications, and strong training and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in safety management, preferably in electrical/construction environments.
• Certifications such as CSP/CHST and OSHA 30/500 preferred.
• Strong training, reporting and incident investigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety efforts and ensure OSHA/NFPA standards compliance.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and site safety plans for all project phases.
• Inspect sites, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.
• Deliver safety training to internal teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Corporate Safety and client safety teams; manage DHA programs.
