Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Experienced Site Safety Professional to define and lead safety initiatives across electrical installations and commissioning projects. You will collaborate with Corporate Safety and manage site safety plans, training, and incident investigations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Safety/OHS (or related) and 5+ years in safety management, plus CSP/CHST/OSHA 30 certifications. Travel and relocation are expected as projects change locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, OHS, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a safety management role, preferably in electrical installations or construction.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and related safety standards.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, CSP, OSHA 500, NFPA 70E and First Aid.
• Advanced Safety Certification (CHST/STSC/ASP or CSOP) is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety efforts and ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance and company safety policies.
• Develop, implement and enforce safety policies and site-specific safety plans for BMS installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Corporate Safety Manager on safety decisions affecting broader policies.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; prepare reports for leadership.
