Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC seeks an experienced Site Safety Professional to define the future of safety in partnership with Corporate Safety. You will lead on-site safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements across electrical installations and datacenter projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in safety or related field, 5+ years in safety management, OSHA 30 or CSP, and advanced safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, OHS, Environmental Science or related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in a safety management role, preferably in electrical installations, construction, or commissioning environments
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other relevant safety standards
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, CSP, OSHA 500, NFPA 70E, First Aid, MEWPS instructor, and other pertinent curriculum
• Advanced Safety Certification (CHST, STSC, ASP or CSOP) - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety efforts and ensure OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and company safety policies are followed
• Develop and enforce safety policies and site-specific safety plans for all project phases
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits and document findings
• Escalate safety issues to Corporate Safety Manager and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Develop emergency response plans and provide safety training for teams and subcontractors
• Prepare safety reports for project leadership and client teams
• Drive a culture of continuous safety improvement across the site
