Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and US citizenship for clearability.
- 8+ years with CI/CD tools and enterprise architecture.
- 5+ years of root cause analysis and technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead SRE strategy for developer tooling platforms and infrastructure.
- Establish reliability architecture with SLIs/SLOs and capacity models.
- Serve as senior technical authority on reliability, performance, and security.
- Lead architecture reviews for CI/CD, databases, cloud/on-prem components.
- Drive automation, IaC, Ansible, and repeatable operational patterns.
- Guide upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps for supported platforms.
- Lead complex incidents, root-cause analysis, and remediation actions.
- Mentor SREs in operations, automation, and architectural thinking.
- Collaborate with leadership, cybersecurity, infra, and program stakeholders.
- Identify risks, debt, and gaps; drive remediation plans.
- Support after-hours issues as required.
