Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Lab Provisioning & Integration to lead advanced lab environments, architect provisioning workflows, and drive cross‑team integration across on‑prem and cloud platforms.

You will own deployment pipelines, guide engineers, and promote secure DevSecOps practices aligned with CIS, NIST, SOC 2, and FedRAMP, while communicating technical strategies to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance (within past 24 months) required.
Bachelor's degree required.
9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD environments.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
Light scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash) to automate tasks and data flows.
Experience leading people and complex projects.

Responsibilities

Advanced Lab Environment Leadership: architect, provision, and optimize lab/test environments on‑prem and cloud using IaC; standardize practices.
Integration Testing Architecture: lead design and continuous improvement of automated testing workflows across program segments.
Strategic Deployment Pipeline Ownership: drive deployment mechanisms and pipelines for physical and virtual systems.
Data-Driven Insight & Decision Making: collect and analyze performance and integration data to guide recommendations.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: mentor engineers, promote best practices, and foster high‑performance culture.
Security & Compliance Leadership: lead security integration and ensure CIS/NIST/SOC 2/FedRAMP alignment.
Cross-Organizational Liaison: act as trusted technical advisor to internal teams and external partners.
