Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, Missouri is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to join the Air Dominance Site Reliability Engineering team. You will own and improve mission-critical developer platforms used by Air Dominance engineers.

You will operate GitLab, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL and related tools, develop IaC and automation, participate in incident response, capacity planning, and drive reliability improvements in a 100% onsite role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
US citizenship and ability to obtain US security clearance.
2+ years of software development and/or troubleshooting experience.
2+ years of experience with Git-based source control workflows.
2+ years of cloud experience (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain GitLab, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, and related tooling infrastructure.
Support runner health checks, capacity reporting, and error budget monitoring.
Develop and maintain IaC, Ansible, and automation for provisioning and scaling.
Lead changes, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
Participate in incident response, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
