Job summary

Alpine Solutions Group is seeking a Site Quality Manager to serve as the senior quality representative on a large commercial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction project, implementing, managing, and enforcing the project’s Quality Management System.

This role oversees field quality activities from mobilization through turnover, ensuring civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning work meets contract specs, codes, and manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction quality management experience.
• Lead quality role on large commercial, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction.
• Experience managing subcontractor quality performance and turnover docs.
• Ability to interpret drawings, IFC packages, specs, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Develop and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for construction activities.
• Coordinate inspections with engineering, client representatives, and inspectors.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Lead client quality meetings and support turnover documentation.
