Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for PV and BESS projects, based near Snowflake, AZ. You will lead the on-site quality program, supervise Site Quality Technicians, and ensure compliance with project specs and quality standards from construction through turnover.

The role requires hands-on utility-scale PV and BESS quality experience, including at least two years in BESS, and involvement with a 100 MW+ PV project.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction quality experience on utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
• Minimum two years of verifiable BESS experience.
• Experience supporting at least one utility-scale PV project of 100 MW or greater.
• Ability to develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Experience managing nonconformance reports (NCRs) from identification to closure.
• Lead site quality personnel and coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction, operational, and quality processes across PV and BESS sites to identify risks and improve workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, deficiencies, corrective actions, and quality data to inform stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma methodologies at project sites.
• Develop and maintain project Quality Plan, ITPs, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Train and supervise Site Quality Technicians and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, OEMs, owners, and clients to resolve quality issues.
