Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a Quality Inspector I to oversee QA/QC on Battery Energy Storage System and Substation construction sites. The role reports to the Director of Project Management and Quality Manager and involves inspecting electrical, civil, and structural installations and implementing the Quality Management System.

This field-based position requires travel to active project sites and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Construction QA/QC.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC on active construction sites.
• Implement Quality Manuals and ITPs.
• Provide quality support to project teams for contract compliance.
• Review assemblies for IFC drawings and specs.
• Identify, document, and track deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Track non-conforming materials and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain the Master Punch List and QA/QC documentation.
• Compile Progressive Turnover Packages.
