Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for PV and BESS projects to lead the on-site quality program from construction through turnover. You will supervise Site Quality Technicians, develop ITPs, manage NCRs, and ensure compliance with project specs and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on QA/QC across civil, mechanical, electrical, and substation scopes, with experience on at least one 100 MW project and two years in BESS quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction QA/QC across utility-scale PV and BESS environments.
• Minimum two years verifiable BESS quality experience.
• Experience on at least one 100 MW+ PV project.
• Ability to develop project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Experience managing NCRs from root-cause analysis to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site quality program across PV and BESS scopes.
• Supervise Site Quality Technicians and coordinate with construction, engineering and commissioning teams.
• Develop and implement ITPs, inspection plans, and hold/witness points.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for field conformance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous quality improvements.
