Job summary
The Boeing Company seeks an Experienced Simulation Software Engineering Team Lead to join the B-52J Simulation Software team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role centers on leading the testing effort, guiding a test team, and collaborating with the larger software organization supporting the B-52.
You will drive improvements in test plans, workflows, and automation. Expect leadership in Agile environments, experience with automated testing platforms, and readiness to work on-site with potential
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development and SDLC.
- Experience leading test teams and coordinating test activities.
- Experience with Linux and command-line interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Test, analyze, and maintain software systems for quality and safety.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and models.
- Conduct system-level analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
- Perform code reviews of test tools to ensure testing needs meet requirements.
- Monitor test completion, verification, and issue resolution.
- Review user documentation and training materials for end users.
- Track team performance and ensure alignment with project plans.
- Implement automated testing and AI accelerators in workflows.
