Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain US Citizenship and a final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start.
• SAP access capability is required or can be obtained.
• Bachelor Degree required with研究 background in engineering, physics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in developing simulation related software.
• 7+ years of experience programming in C, C++, or C#.
• 5+ years of hardware/software integration, emulation, and/or testing, preferably in a lab.
• 3+ years of experience leading a software development team through full life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of software architectures, requirements, designs, and tests for models and simulation frameworks.
• Approve software development plans, architecture, components, and milestones with program architects and FSL teams.
• Ensure architecture, interfaces, and designs are documented and maintained across teams.
• Collaborate with FSL hardware teams to ensure first-time quality in integrated simulations.
• Gather customer inputs and coordinate work across multiple scrum teams to meet deadlines.
• Mentor and train other engineers; provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct technical design reviews to ensure software quality and engineering excellence.
