The role requires 5+ years in optical systems design and strong project leadership. PMP/PRINCE2 is preferred, with proficiency in Primavera or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in optical systems design and project management.
• PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of optical principles and technologies.
• Proficiency with Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects involving design, development, and deployment of optical test systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
