Essenti Talent is seeking a Head Programmer/CNC Programmer in Austin, TX, onsite. The role demands expert Siemens NX CAM skills and 5-axis CNC experience to lead the CAD-to-CAM team and establish programming standards for automated cells. Expect to work on aerospace/defense components and mentor others.

Candidates should have 5+ years' experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and be a US citizen or Green Card holder eligible to work in the United States. Relocation package is available.

Mansioni

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard from scratch for automated 5-axis CNC cells.
• Program complex aerospace and defense parts (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
• Train programmers, define processes, and build probing stacks for lights-out production.
