Connectly Recruiting seeks a Head Programmer / CNC Programmer in Austin, TX to lead our CAD-to-CAM team for advanced 5-axis cells. The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Siemens NX CAM, NX Post Builder, and proven capability to program aerospace-grade parts.

You will train programmers, define standard processes, and work closely with automation and software engineers to optimize tooling, probing, and post-processor configurations in a fast‑moving shop environment. US citizen or GC required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of NX CAM experience.
• Experience leading CAD-to-CAM teams.
• Ability to program aerospace/defense parts.
• Experience with 5-axis machining.
• ITAR compliance knowledge.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.
