Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Austin, TX, is seeking a Head Programmer/ CNC Programmer with 5+ years experience to lead our CAD-to-CAM team and establish the programming standard for our automated 5-axis CNC cells. You will program complex aerospace parts and train other programmers.

Expertise in Siemens NX CAM, post processors, probing stacks, and 5-axis verification is required; US citizenship or green card holder status is mandatory. Onsite role with relocation package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR compliant) to work for U.S. employers.
• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard from scratch for automated 5-axis CNC cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
• Train programmers, define processes, and build probing stacks for lights-out production.
