Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a highly experienced Head Programmer/CNC Programmer in Austin, TX. The role requires 5+ years of Siemens NX CAM experience and hands-on leadership of CAD-to-CAM teams for automated 5-axis CNC cells.

The candidate will program complex aerospace/defense parts, train staff, and define standard CAM processes, including post-processor work via NX Post Builder or Post Configurator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience with Siemens NX CAM.
• Expertise leading CAD-to-CAM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard for 5-axis cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts personally.
• Train programmers and define CAM processes.
• Build probing stacks for lights-out production.
