You will build the programming standard from scratch, program parts yourself, and mentor other programmers while collaborating with tooling, fixtures, and post processors.

This onsite role requires US work authorization (citizen or permanent resident) and offers a relocation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NX CAM experience with CNC programming.
• Expertise in 5-axis CNC milling and aerospace parts.
• Experience training programmers and building processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and establish programming standards.
• Program complex aerospace components and validate tooling.
• Mentor programmers and collaborate with software engineers on CAM workflows.
