Job summary

Broadcom in Fort Collins seeks a System Signal/Power Integrity Engineer to advance high-speed SerDes systems up to 400G. You will perform SI/PI trade-offs, collaborate with package, PCB, and silicon designers, and develop accurate models using HFSS and ADS for measurement-simulation correlation.

You will lead VNA/TDR measurements, evaluate materials, and document model correlations while managing multiple projects and communicating complex topics to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/master/PhD in EE or Physics with strong SI/PI foundations.
• Experience with high-speed digital links and SerDes design.
• Familiarity with EM solvers and PCB/package modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support high data rate SerDes applications up to 400G.
• Perform system SI/PI design trade-offs and debugging.
• Collaborate with package, PCB, and silicon teams on correlation projects.
• Develop models using HFSS and electronic suites; manage measurements.
