Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Manager of Shoppability Analytics to lead a team supporting analytics across its growing portfolio of commerce and shoppable experiences. You’ll partner with leaders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Analytics to translate questions into plans and deliver insights that drive strategy and outcomes.

You will combine people leadership with hands-on analytical leadership, coaching analysts, shaping measurement practices, and ensuring the team’s work translates

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience managing analysts, with ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data storytelling to influence decisions.
• Experience supporting analytics for digital products, commerce, or customer platforms.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and interpretation.
• Ability to translate product and commercial questions into structured analytical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics delivery across Shoppability products, delivering timely, rigorous insights.
• Translate business priorities into an analytical roadmap for the team.
• Oversee dashboards, data quality, and recurring reporting resources.
• Coach analysts, set expectations, and support career development.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to drive decisions.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations that impact product and business outcomes.
