ALO is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to shape our analytics function and partner with cross-functional teams across e-commerce, retail, marketing, and product lifecycle. You will translate data into actionable insights, design high-impact tests, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with AI initiatives to accelerate business decisions.

The role emphasizes strategic influence, stakeholder alignment, and building scalable dashboards to democratize data across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics shaping business strategy in high-growth e-commerce or digitally enabled retail environments.
• Minimum of 2 years managing and developing junior team members.
• Strong e-commerce domain expertise including digital funnel optimization, omnichannel performance, customer segmentation, and merchandising analytics.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data storytelling.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R; strong grasp of experimentation design, statistics, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics and guide decision-making across e-commerce, retail, marketing, product lifecycle and customer strategy.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Design and lead high-impact A/B and multivariate tests.
• Build and scale dashboards and automated reporting to enable data democratization.
• Ensure data quality and partner with Data Engineering to validate end-to-end data implementation.
