Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the Restaurant General Manager in running daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering the legendary Southern hospitality. You will lead shifts, ensure speed and accuracy, and mentor team members to meet service goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence - ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
