Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance leader for a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology industry. The role focuses on leading maintenance of heavy equipment in quarry operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs.

You will supervise a maintenance team, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, ensure safety per MSHA, and coordinate with operations for planned shutdowns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a maintenance team.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Experience with crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and assign work to staff.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on quarry equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures.
• Inspect plant equipment and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with operations to plan shutdowns and prioritise work.
