Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance leader for our heavy industrial equipment operations in a quarry setting. You will lead daily maintenance, supervise a team, and ensure timely preventive repairs on crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, deep knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, and a strong commitment to safety and MSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment
- Leadership experience to supervise a maintenance team
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Experience maintaining crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other aggregate processing equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and MSHA regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct daily maintenance activities, assigning work to maintenance personnel
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment used in quarry operations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system failures
- Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and identify potential issues
- Coordinate with operations personnel to prioritize maintenance work and schedule planned shutdowns
