Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance leader for a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology industry. The role focuses on leading maintenance of heavy equipment in quarry operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
You will supervise a maintenance team, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, ensure safety per MSHA, and coordinate with operations for planned shutdowns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a maintenance team.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Experience with crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and MSHA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance activities and assign work to staff.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on quarry equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures.
- Inspect plant equipment and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with operations to plan shutdowns and prioritise work.
