Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for a global building automation and industrial technology client with 100+ years of history and 7,000+ engineers. The role leads daily maintenance, preventive work, and troubleshooting on crushers, conveyors, and other processing equipment in quarry operations.

The position emphasizes safety compliance, team leadership, and coordination with operations for efficient shutdowns and repairs in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment.
• Proven leadership supervising a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, motors and gearboxes.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily maintenance activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment used in quarry operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system failures.
• Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with operations to prioritize maintenance work and schedule planned shutdowns.
