Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Madison, IN to lead Team Members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards. You will coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and uphold BK standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on shift execution, teamwork, and communicating clearly.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts

Responsibilities
