Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in the United States. You will lead Team Members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.

You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused, motivated, and accountable. You’ll report to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, taking ownership of shift execution and helping drive results through strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate during busy shifts.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus required.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development opportunities during shifts.
