Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship with 7+ years related trade experience.
• Ability to use hand tools and instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and templates.
• Able to work in confined spaces and climb ladders.
• Reliable attendance.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, joinery, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non-routine production duties to support goals.
• Perform skilled tasks in the maintenance, repair, installation/removal and construction in sheet metal trades.
• Support daily production activities and ensure teams have necessary tools and procedures for safety and efficiency.
• Assist management with timekeeping, training, performance management, coaching and supervision.
• Break down production requirements into practical action plans to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Provide input to Plan of the Day (POD) and use resources to meet project requirements.
• Evaluate job sites and ensure safe setups and efficient work evolutions.
• Understand and comply with contract requirements, drawings and work instructions.
