Qualifications

• Understanding of machine shop operations, machining processes, tooling, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, tolerances, and machining notes.
• Working knowledge of manual and CNC machining equipment, feeds and speeds, and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes work orders and drawings to determine machining requirements and setup sequence.
• Provides hands-on leadership for CNC and manual machining operations.
• Coordinates with planning, quality, welding and other departments to support production flow.
