Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman Sheet Metal - Mechanical to lead field crews in layout, ductwork fabrication and installation. You will read blueprints, plan tasks, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to deliver quality, timely work.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, 5+ years of sheet metal experience, and 2+ years in supervision; a valid driver's license is essential for site travel and workforce coordination. Safety and leadership are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must read blueprints and understand HVAC ductwork and fabrication.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate with superintendents, contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
• Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Direct crew sizes from 2 to 15 workers and plan tasks.
• Coordinate with customers, owners' reps and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and quality work delivered.
• Support superintendent and project manager to meet timelines.
