Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Foreman Sheet Metal – Mechanical in Charlotte, NC. An experienced sheet metal foreman will supervise layout, installation and coordination of duct systems, read blueprints, plan crew tasks, and ensure safety and quality on the job site.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience and 2 years in supervision, strong communication, and the ability to lead crews of 2 to 15 workers while collaborating with general contractors, owners' reps and

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience and 2 years supervisor experience.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, and some weekends).
Must have reliable transportation and communication skills.
Must understand HVAC and ductwork installation including rectangular/round ductwork, dampers, and condensate drains.

Responsibilities

Supervise the layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
Plan crew tasks and manage 2–15 workers.
Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists; coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
Ensure safety policies are followed and projects are completed on time.
