You will read blueprints, coordinate crews, manage take-offs, and collaborate with project leadership to drive productivity and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal construction experience.
• Experience leading crews, coordinating work activities, and managing project schedules.
• Experience supervising multiple levels of craft employees, including apprentices and journeymen.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, submittals, and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan material take-offs from contract documents, drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Coordinate work packages, manpower, equipment, and installation sequencing.
• Develop and communicate weekly and longer-range project plans.
• Create layouts, sketches, and as-built drawings as required.
• Identify conflicts and constructability concerns and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor progress and adjust staffing to maintain schedules.
• Understand budgets and manage labor productivity accordingly.
• Verify materials and equipment match submittals and project requirements.
